Snowboard and Ski Tuning in Boulder

We have been tuning boards on Valmont Road since 2002. Everything is done in-house on our own bench, not shipped out. Most tunes are back in your hands in one to two days, and we run a next-day rush when you need it.

What we do

Hot wax — $20. A clean wax and scrape. Worth doing every five or six days on snow.
Full tune — $50. Base grind, p-tex on any gouges, sharpened edges, fresh wax.
Ski or splitboard full tune — $50.
Pro tune — $75. Heavy belt base grind, p-tex, diamond filed edges, wax. For beat-up bases or anyone riding hard.
Ski or splitboard pro tune — $85.

Next-day rush — $20
Extra p-tex — $5 to $15

Boot heat molding. Free with any boot purchase from us.
BOA lace and dial repair.
Epoxy repair and base welds for delamination and deep core shots.

How it works

Common questions

How often should I get a tune?
A wax every five or six days of riding. A full tune once or twice a season, or whenever the base looks dry and chalky and the edges stop holding.

Do you tune skis and splitboards?
Yes, both, at the same prices as snowboards for a full tune. Splitboard pro tunes are $85.

How long does it take?
One to two days most of the season. Add a $20 rush fee and we will have it the next day.

Do I need an appointment?
No. Drop in during shop hours.
